perf.life is a personal health dashboard built and run by João Morais for his own use.

Use

perf.life is used only by its owner, to view the owner's own health data. It is not offered to the public, and no one else may connect an account to it.

Not medical advice

perf.life displays measurements and general educational context. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. Health decisions should be made with a qualified professional.

Third-party data

Data from Oura is accessed through the Oura API, with the account owner's permission, and in line with the Oura API Agreement. perf.life is not affiliated with or endorsed by Oura.

No warranty

perf.life is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

Changes

These terms may change. If perf.life is ever offered to other people, new terms will be published before anyone else can use it.
